Family Owned

Bob Taylor Spray Equipment was founded in 1984 By Robert “Bob” Taylor. After many years with Sherwin Williams, Bob eventually retired. After his retirement, aware of the need, he decided to open an Airless Spray Equipment repair shop. It began with he and his wife Maude Ellen Taylor. Later their son joined them, and then in 1989 Roy Blackwell, the son in law, joined and later purchased the company.

Principles

This company was founded upon Christian principles. Bob and Maude Ellen were Christians. They believed in the power of the Holy Spirit to help them manage the day to day operations. They trusted in the Lord and were not ashamed to share the gospel or help out others in need. They acknowledged their humanity and were aware that they often made mistakes in life and in business. That ideal continues today. Despite our human faults and qualities, it is still our goal to operate under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We can’t afford to give it away or we would.

Quality

The primary goal we have in mind is to make sure the profit is sufficient to sustain the company and the employees. The secondary goal is to provide products in a manner that promotes good will, good communications, and good business relations. We strive to provide the best quality products at the most fair prices possible. We will not always be the cheapest, but we will always do our best to meet the needs of our customers. We are still a small family business. We do not have great buying power, but we have heart, desire and motivation. We love what we do and we want to do it for a long time.
